How to place an order?

To place an order, you can visit our website www.mannequins-shopping.com, call us, or email/ WhatsApp us for a quote.
 
How do I track my order?

It’s quick and easy from your customer area!
- Information accessible from your customer account "My account - My deliveries"
- We also send you an email(s) with tracking numbers and the carrier used.

 

How can I cancel or change my order?

Orders are dispatched quickly.
If you wish to cancel or change your order, contact our customer service department as soon as possible after your order has been confirmed.

 

Do I need an account to place an order?

Yes, an account is required to place an order. Please complete this form with the required information and follow the steps indicated to create an account.

Where can I find my invoice?

It’s quick and easy from your customer area!
- Step 1: Click on "My account".
- Step 2: Once you have logged into your account, go to "My Invoices". You will then have access to all your purchases and invoices.

 

Shipping and Delivery

What shipping methods are available?

All orders are shipped via our various logistics partners. Depending on the volume of each shipment, we choose the best logistics option to ensure your purchases reach you quickly:

- For individual parcels (mannequins, busts, hangers, lighting, small accessories), shipments are made via DHL, Chronopost, DPD or GLS.
- For larger consignments (gondolas, grooved panels, racks), your orders will be shipped on pallets by Dachser Logistique. - For products that require special handling (counters, display cases, custom-made fittings), we prefer to ship by carrier direct from our warehouse to your point of sale, with no external handling during transport.
- In most cases, orders placed before noon are dispatched the same day.

 

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

Thanks to our logistics organisation, we generally deliver between 3 and 5 working days after your order anywhere in Europe. For urgent orders, please contact us to find out about express delivery options and rates.
 
I paid for one order: why do I have several packages?

Items dispatched by MANNEQUINS SHOPPING may be sent several times either because of the availability of the items at the time of your order, or because the products ordered are stored in different warehouses. Delivery times are indicated in the web purchase summary when you validate your order and can be consulted in our product sheets for each item. You will therefore receive several delivery tracking times for the same order.

 

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment by credit card (CB, VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS) as well as by bank transfer.

 

Is online shopping secure?

Yes, buying online on our site is secure. We use the latest security systems and all transactions are encrypted via SSL with 3D Secure.

We recommend that you attach photos in the event of breakage or preparation errors. Remember to make reservations on the carrier’s letter on receipt of the parcel or pallet. We will need these details to open a claim with our insurance companies and proceed with the replacement of your order as quickly as possible.
 
Where and how to return a product?

You have a deadline of 14 days from the date of receipt of the product purchased on the web to exercise your right of withdrawal. All you have to do is formulate your return request:


The return of products is the responsibility of the customer. MANNEQUINS SHOPPING will then inform you of the return address and method of return. Upon receipt and after verification, the refund or replacement of the returned item will be established on the means of payment used.

Technical information for each product is given in the product sheets. Our products are generally easy to assemble. Assembly guides, videos and tutorials are also available on our pages. If you have any doubts or specific requests, our teams are at your disposal.
 
Customised products

For certain product categories, we can make your custom orders to your specifications in our various partner factories. Our teams are on hand to receive your briefs, provide expert advice, and draw up quotations ranging from design, 3D plan, manufacture, delivery and assembly at your points of sale.
