The estimated delivery times are as follows:
- France : 48 to 72 hours from the time the goods leave our warehouse.
- Europe: 3 to 6 days from the time the goods leave our warehouse.
For delivery times specific to each product, please refer to the relevant product sheet.
For personalised products:
- Customised bags : Minimum 6 weeks
- Customised hangers : Minimum 6 weeks
- Customised furniture : Minimum 8 weeks
If your delivery zone is not one of those specified when you placed your order, our customer service team will be happy to help you find a suitable solution.
To ensure optimum quality of service, we inform you by email as soon as your order is handed over to our carrier. You will be able to track the progress of your parcel in real time using the information provided. This information is also available in your customer account, under the heading "My deliveries".
